Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact RBZwear within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

For confirmed qualifying issues, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

For verified damaged or defective products, a physical return is generally not required.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Lost or Missing Packages
